Information on Party booking:

  1. If you have booked a party of 10 guests, 1 Host/Parent is allowed free of charge including jump socks for supervision purposes, other non-jumpers can only be in the party area or sitting/viewing area to supervise. For the supervisor guests, we have cozy couches a step from the trampoline zone and a contemporary mezzanine area upstairs to enjoy watching kids having much fun on the play structure! To go on and around the Trampoline to accompany/ help kids or to jump with them can ONLY be done by buying a pass for oneself.
  2. Please inform the guests attending your party about this information too, to avoid any kind of confusion on the special day.
  3. The party host gets a table time according to the package that has been booked. For the BOUNCE START Party Package, 1 Hour of playtime, and after that, a reserved party table will be provided for 45 minutes. For the JUMP & CLIMB Party Package, 2 Hour of playtime, and after that, a reserved party table will be provided for 45 minutes. For the SUPER FUN Party Package, 3 hours play time will be offered all day long, and the table time will be provided for 1 Hour 45 minutes only. The reserved table and play time for all the parties will be FIXED & NO EXTENDED TIME will be authorized. Any extended stay will NOT be allowed on the tables after the allotted time. For decoration/ arrangement purposes, we may allow 15 minutes more, prior to the reserved table time, however, please make sure to request it beforehand. NO WALL OR CONFETTI DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED.
  4. To make the process faster at the checkout we recommend that you ask your guests to sign the waiver beforehand. It is highly recommended to email us the list of your guests ahead of time so that we can add them to our manual entry.
  5. Laser tag and Rock Climbing are ADD-ONs only. These are NOT a part of the BOUNCE START Party Package; however, you can add those anytime for an additional charge on the same day depending on the availability.
  6. Trampolines(grip) socks are not included in any party package but can be bought for $3.50/per guest at the front desk.
  7. It is recommended to arrive at our facility at least 15 minutes prior to your check-in time in order to process check-in requisites (e.g., getting wrist bands/ socks, completing remaining payment etc.)

Important Notes for Parties

Party packages are for a minimum of 10 people. All parties are booked with a non-refundable deposit. Changes to party reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.   • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Jump Time
  • 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Reserved table time for food, cake, etc
